Food often sticks to stainless steel because the pan is too cold, too hot, too dry, or the food is moved before it releases naturally.
Preheat the Pan Correctly

Clean the Pan Properly
After cooking, allow the pan to cool slightly, then wash it with warm water and mild detergent. For stuck food, soak the pan briefly or deglaze it with water while it is still warm.
Avoid leaving salty or acidic food residue in the pan for long periods. Stainless steel is durable, but it still benefits from correct cleaning and drying.
